Crew Drill

Audio explanation on how crew drill works.

The Crew Drill feature allows leaders to transfer a portion of their crew’s bonus into renegade attributes, with each type of crew bonus only applicable to certain related renegades.

Also, the limit on the renegade attributes that can be received is determined by the corresponding Drill Skill’s level. When the “attribute bonus” receivable does not exceed the current level’s “bonus limit”, any further upgrade of the Drill Skill will not increase the attribute bonus received. At this time, it is advised that leaders first increase the crew’s bonus to increase the benefits that can be gained.

Attributes that only take effect when certain crime ops are dispatched (such as vigilante leading skills) will still increase renegade attributes during battle, but the total bonuses will not exceed the limits of the crew drill’s level.

There are two types of crew drill in the game. Regular crew drill, and advanced crew drill. Each of them works in a slightly different way.

Regular Crew Drill (permalink)

How does stat transfer work?

Stat transfer limit starts with 0% with level 0, and increases by 100% every time you level it up. So at level 3 limit is 300%. However, the limit can not be higher than your stats. If your shooter attack is 380% and you have drill level 4, limit will be 380% and not 400%.

Attribute points transfer limit is 0.8 which is increased by 0.8 every time you level it up (0.8, 1.6, 2.4,…).

Level 4 has 400% stat transfer limit and 3.2 attribute transfer.

Every 5th level requires drill certificates (besides regular resources) to upgrade and it also increases limit for additional 0.8.

Strength and Technique attributes use attack stat for calculation and limit, while Physique and Protection use defense stat.

You don’t know what drill to level up? The rule of thumb is to level up the drill that will benefit your renegade the most. For example, Lan Quing benefits the most from leveling up the Offensive Vehicle Strength drill.

Advanced Crew Drill (permalink)

Advanced crew drill can be found in the Council Hall under Conquest Tech. One of the requirements to level it up is your stats.
Your attack for Strength and Technique and your defense for Protection and Physique. If you want to know what class is required (eg. biker attack, or bulker attack), check the table of classes and their corresponding renegades.

Training Ops Optimization

A small walkthrough on how to optimize training your troops. Which means, how to train them faster, and with fewer resources.

Godfather Items

Godfather’s Diary item – Gold max augmented can reduce training costs for about 20%.

Emblems

Orange Training speed emblem can increase training speed for 4.30%

Gold Training speed emblem can increase training speed for 6%

Leader Talents Support tree allows you to increase training capacity (+625) and training speed (+37.5%)

Healing T11, T12 & T13 troops

High-tier troops like T11 and T12 have a special hospital called Family Medical Center. It is unlocked once your mansion reaches level Elite 5. Once your turf hospitals and clan medical centers are full, T11 and T12 troops will start filling up Family Medical Center and only start dying after Family Medical Center reaches full capacity. T11, T12 and T13 troops instead of dying when they die, enter a coma state. Crew members in a coma state can be healed/revived in the Family Medical Center, where you can use morphine to heal/revive your T11, T12, and T13 troops. Family Medical Center’s capacity can be increased by leveling up the building level or by investing in Family Business Agency in the category Shadow Training (family reputation must be at least Neutral).

Rescue Base – This feature is located in the Healing Center. A certain percentage of the Lost Crew will be sent to the Rescue Base for treatment if the number of Lost Crew exceeds the Ops cap (including T11 and higher Crews),.

Weather Conditions

The island will have its own weather and can change on the same day.

Weather conditions provide different strengths and weaknesses for leaders. These effects are determined by the weather on the island where the Leader’s Turf is located.

Weather is divided into 3 types:
– Regular weather: includes sunny, cloud and overcast, which lasts 1 day. These types of weather provide buffs with no negative effects. Leaders can also gain additional regular weather buffs by studying weather tech or purchasing weather privileges.

– Special weather: includes rain, snow and fog. which lasts 1 day. These types of weather provide buffs with both positive and negative effects. Leaders can also gain additional regular weather buffs by studying weather tech or purchasing weather privileges. Special weather becomes availablke when the level 1 security base is unlocked.

– Extreme weather: includes thunderstorms, hurricanes and blizzards, which lasts 2 hours. They temporarily replace any regular or special weather when they appear. Extreme weather provides small buffs and significant negative buff effects. Extreme weather is rare and becomes available when the level 2 security base is unlocked. The island can experience extreme weather once per day.

Leaders can use the event’s weather forecast feature to follow the weather situations for the next day.

Weather Conditions – policies

Policies are powerful effects leaders can use daily. They are divided into personal and city policies.

Personal policies:
Used by leaders personally, each weather policy is independent and does not share cooldowns. Leaders’ turf must be on the island to use the weather policy. If leaders leave the island, the policy will become ineffective and enter cooldown.

City policies:
only official members can use them. There are two city policies for each weather type. Only one city policy weather type can be activated daily on the island.

City policy activation conditions:
The city must be connected to the island. Some policies require the initiator to send ops for it to be effective. Other can be activated without official members being on the island.

Only Special and Extreme weather have policies useable by leaders.

Weather Policies

  • Rain
    • Deadly Floods (City policy)
      Designates a lookout tower/building to reduce the attack and defense of all enemies for a period of time
    • Torrent Strike (City policy)
      For a period of time, no lookout towers can be placed around the designated enemy tower, and construction speed is greatly reduced.
    • Smooth Sailing (Personal policy)
      While active, increases ops speed on the island and provides additional, special benefits to the rain city policy. The effects will be lost after leaving the island
  • Snow
    • Zero Meltdown (City policy)
      All allied active lookout towers on the island auto-recover durability for a period of time.
    • Icy Hills (City policy)
      Adds a frost mark to an enemy lookout tower. Breaking it while it is active will deal damage to the next lookout tower and its guards.
    • Winter Wars (Personal policy)
      While active, battles on the island increase your crew’s revival ratio. The effect will be lost after leaving the island.
  • Fog
    • Death Mirage (City policy)
      Creates an imaginary lookout tower on the island at no cost (with basic functions) that will be converted into a normal lookout tower if no enemy captures for a certain time. If converted, it will not count towards the normal lookout tower limit.
    • Shadow Ambush (City policy)
      Temporarily shrouds your island’s buildings/lookout towers in a fog. When enemies attack in the fog, there is a chance their attacks will be weakened, and your crew will have chance of having their attack increased.
    • Misty Assault (Personal policy)
      While active, you can launch a sneak attack on the island, but there may be a slight decrease or a great increase in your crew attack.
