This is not a manual on how to start a family, there are other websites for that.
This is focused on Family Researches, Family Investments, Family reputation and Family points in Mafia City.
A quick recap on how to get family reputation and points.
There is a limit to how much reputation and how many points you can earn daily. These limits can be increased by unlocking higher limits in Associate Store – Level Privileges.
How to earn points?
You can earn them by defeating street forces, mercenaries, attacking vicious gunmen, opening daily mission chest(s), and defeating enemy crew.
You can unlock family point acquisition boosts in Mademan Store – Level Privileges. By leveling up Associate Store you can obtain higher Acquirable Family Point Boosts
Leveling up Family Business Zone speeds up family coin production.
Level 1: 3 coins per hour
Level 10: 15 coins per hour
Level 20: 30 coins per hour
Level 30: 60 coins per hour
Level E5: 90 coins per hour

Detailed guidelines on how to unlock T11 troops can be found here, how to unlock T12 here and T13 here.
T11 and T12 troops are slightly different from other troops. They both require additional resources to train them – latent energy.
T11 requires 1 can of latent energy per troop.
T12 requires 2 cans of latent energy per troop.
T13 requires 3 cans of latent energy per troop.
If you are a player who does a lot of events such as CR, CoM, CP, Vigilante Arena, and Family Treasure, then you should know about this too. Your stats in these events are affected by vigilante’s stats too, so you have to increase them as well.
You can increase them by leveling up your vigilante and with Vigilante’s investments in Investment Agency.
Vigilantes also offer passive and active effects. Passive effects are effects they give you by just having them, active effects require vigilantes to be either garrisoned or leading the ops. To unlock their effects you must unlock the corresponding star. These effects (that are unlocked with stars) are available in all battles (except when it’s said otherwise – eg. “when defending a turf”).
A partial list of Vigilantes and their effects
WG: When garrisoned or leading the ops
WL: When leading an ops
WAT: When attacking a turf
WDT: When defending a turf
