- Paralysis effect: causes the target to be unable to perform any actions

- Robust state: increases target’s defense attribute

- Co-Sharing state: causes the impacted target to endure 20% of the damage inflicted on your largest crew class in their place.
- Dissipation mark: reduces the buffs added by the target’s allied renegade non-state skills to 0 per round (passive skills are not affected).
- Explosion state: cause the imacted target’s attack to deal general damage to 1 random crew class within 3 rows of the attacked target once.
- Illusory health: helps the impacted target withstand X% of damage.

- Works great as 3rd renegade in combination with Drowner in 2nd slot and Donnarossa in 1st slot.
- Claudia as all-protection points build, can withstand enormous damage if the opponent’s skills are special damage based.

- Sharpshooter (skill quality: S)
- Increase bleed effect’s damage received by enemy crew member classes by 50%

- Has a chance to boost the number of targets affected by Stark’s bleed effect.
- Chance Medallion
- Has a chance to boost the skill trigger rate.
Tips:
- This renegade can deal high damage to bulkers with high shooter attack
- Arbalist targets bulkers and deals continuous damage
- Marksman takes care of miscellaneous crews. When attacking bulkers, this skill can be matched with the first skill to deal greater damage
- Sharpshooter takes effect passively and will permanently boost the damage of the first two skills
- Although the skills of this renegade are powerful, they are also more reliant on the trigger rates. If the first and second skills can be continuously triggered, their effects will be even more significant.

Tips:
- Because Cmdre Corax can only do actual damage through his first skill, he is not suited for the 1st renegade slot.
- Skill 2’s activation chance is not affected by the Chance Medallion, but skill 3 can receive the medallion’s boosts; the Knight Medallion can cause skill 3 to be activated for another round, reducing the limit for the skill’s activation chance.
- When Cmdre Corax is in battle, skill 2 will activate continuously. This skill triggers a second judgment when an enemy renegade’s effect skill activates, reducing the duration of this type of skill. If the skill’s effect lasts only one round, the effect skill will be canceled.
- Target effect skills of the skill 2 are similar to the skill enhanced by calamity medallion which include: bleed, burn, paralysis, blind, duo-strike. Unaffected skills: exhaustion, stronger bleed.
- After the enhanced charge status for skill 3 activates, additional attacks on front-row enemies are 100% effective and superior to the elite skill: fire rampage. After triggering the enhanced charge, the effects on the affected crew type will be removed if the effect of the knight medallion is not triggered. Enhanced Charge is not stackable but can be activated for another round if the effect of the knight medallion is triggered.

- Sharpshooter [skill quality: A]
- Marks a random enemy crew member class with sniper mark (prioritizes those with duel mark). Sniper mark deals 1 high general damage to the target after 3rd round; the skill can’t be reactivated during this period, and it can be interrupted by silence mark (damage bonus: 200% affected by strength attribute) [marks skill].
Tips:
- Brute Combat (1st skill)+Heavy Shot (2nd skill), complements the female Shooters’ First-hand Opportunity skill (t11,t12) at the start of the while clearing the field rapidly.
- Brute Combat (1st skill)+Heavy Shot (3rd skill), threatens enemy Tankers after clearing the field.
- Downsides: His damage relies on his Duel Mark from his first skill. If he marks the enemies on Front-Line, the performance on the entirety will be poor.
Celeste

- [auto-activates at the start of the battle] – places a sanctuary state lasting for 5 rounds on a random crew member class of yours, with an attack range greater than 1. This will not be affected by a Silence mark. Sanctuary state: causes the target’s received damage to be inflicted on the bulker class with the most men. However, the damage inflicted by targets under this state will be reduced by X% [decreased by leveling up the skill] [status skill].
- Overlord Aura [skill quality: S]
- Marks a random renegade with a silence mark lasting 1 round upon activation. Silence mark: interrupts or renders some skills of the target unable to be activated, barring a few exceptions, while the mark is active [marks skill].
Tips:
- Damage sharing (2nd Skill) protects your long-range Crew Members. There is also a chance of reducing the damage received by long-range output units.
- Her 1st Skill indirectly protects your output units and increases Tankers’ output at the same time.
- Downsides: This Renegade’s skills cannot affect the female Shooter’s First-hand Opportunity skill. As such, you cannot avoid the powerful first strike of the female Shooters (t11, t12).

The Crew Drill feature allows leaders to transfer a portion of their crew’s bonus into renegade attributes, with each type of crew bonus only applicable to certain related renegades.
Also, the limit on the renegade attributes that can be received is determined by the corresponding Drill Skill’s level. When the “attribute bonus” receivable does not exceed the current level’s “bonus limit”, any further upgrade of the Drill Skill will not increase the attribute bonus received. At this time, it is advised that leaders first increase the crew’s bonus to increase the benefits that can be gained.
Attributes that only take effect when certain crime ops are dispatched (such as vigilante leading skills) will still increase renegade attributes during battle, but the total bonuses will not exceed the limits of the crew drill’s level.

Regular Crew Drill (permalink)
How does stat transfer work?
Stat transfer limit starts with 0% with level 0, and increases by 100% every time you level it up. So at level 3 limit is 300%. However, the limit can not be higher than your stats. If your shooter attack is 380% and you have drill level 4, limit will be 380% and not 400%.
Attribute points transfer limit is 0.8 which is increased by 0.8 every time you level it up (0.8, 1.6, 2.4,…).
Level 4 has 400% stat transfer limit and 3.2 attribute transfer.
Every 5th level requires drill certificates (besides regular resources) to upgrade and it also increases limit for additional 0.8.
Strength and Technique attributes use attack stat for calculation and limit, while Physique and Protection use defense stat.
You don’t know what drill to level up? The rule of thumb is to level up the drill that will benefit your renegade the most. For example, Lan Quing benefits the most from leveling up the Offensive Vehicle Strength drill.

Renegades with unlocked Skillsets can significantly enhance their combat prowess by utilizing Skillset Codices. Promotions affecting Crew Members yield passive boosts directly impacting the attributes panel. Promotions specific to Renegades activate only when the renegade actively leads ops and are exclusive to that renegade.

You can acquire skillset codices by defeating season map mercenaries (max 200 codices per day), engaging in season activeness events, season achievement rewards, and season kill rewards.

How to improve defense against renegades? Here are a few tricks!

Renegade’s morale can be increased in a Council Hall. If the opponent’s renegade is much stronger than yours (attributes are much higher), morale can increase your minimum damage and decreases the maximum damage received. The higher the morale, the better is this damage adjustment. Higher the morale, the more protection boost you’ll get given that your side is weaker.
Formula how renegades are compared
If star levels and buildup degrees are similar:
- Slot 1: renegade’s strength and technique attributes and their skill mechanism
- Slots 2 and 3: renegade’s physique and protection attributes
Renegades positions/slots
From season 2 onwards you can have multiple renegade slots. But not all slots are the same. The first slot is a main slot (offensive slot), second and third slots are support slots.
Renegades on 2nd and 3rd slots get a 90% reduction on the damage they inflict.
Tip: Allocate the points of your 2nd and 3rd slot renegades on Physique/Protection for better results.
Renegades in Real Estate and Underground Tournament
Attacker’s crew attack and defender’s crew defense buffs:
- the higher attacker’s attack buff and the lower the defender’s defense buff is, the greater the boost ratio of renegade’s kill buff will be. As a result, the damage inflicted by renegades will be higher.
Crime ops’ initially dispatched crew amount:
- the more crews dispatched initially in a crime ops, the higher the boost ratio of the renegade’s kill amount will be. As a result, the damage inflicted by renegades will be higher, however, this increment will stop when the dispatched crew reaches a certain amount.
Renegade skill damage
- Renegade skill damage is tied to the crew attributes (attack and defense) of the attacking and defending sides. The side with better attributes deals more damage and receives less damage from enemy renegades.
- The skill damage is tied to the initially dispatched crew counts. Renegades will inflict more damage if the crew count is higher. There is a limit as to when the damage no longer increases.
- Skill damage will be proportional to real-time crew counts. Renegades will deal less damage as crews are lost in the battle rounds.
- When the gap between renegade attributes surpasses a certain number, the stronger side’s damage will be reduce. The damage of renegades on the side with the lower attributes will increase. The higher the morale, the broader its effects are.

Renegade medallions are a type of equipment that can be equipped to renegades in Mafia City. They provide a variety of bonuses to the renegade, such as increased attack power, defense, or health. There are five different types of renegade medallions, each with its own unique set of bonuses.

The type of medallion that is best for a particular renegade will depend on the renegade’s skills and the player’s play style. For example, a renegade with a skill that has a low trigger rate would benefit from a luck medallion. A renegade with a skill that places a mark on enemies would benefit from an evil eye medallion.
Renegade medallions can be obtained from a variety of sources, such as the Crude Crisis event, the Battle Pass, and the daily purchase event. They can also be crafted using materials that are obtained from these events.
Equipping renegade medallions can be a great way to improve the performance of your renegades. By choosing the right medallions for your renegades, you can give them a significant boost in power.
How to level up and upgrade/refine medallion?
Its primary attributes are also enhanced. Note that the primary attribute value will only be increased when enhancing Green->Blue and Purple->Orange.
Its secondary attributes are also enhanced. Each quality enhancement increases the attribute value of the Secondary Attributes. The number of secondary attributes the medallion can have is increased with the quality of the medallion.
White, Green and Blue = 1 attribute
Purple and Orange = 2 attributes
Gold = 3 attributes
You can upgrade medallion by refining it. Select a medallion you want to upgrade/refine and click refine. You have to reach certain amount of refining points to upgrade it. You can get points by selecting medallions you want to use for a refining process.
Leveling up the medallion can increase its secondary attributes value. The maximum medallion level is 20, and the attribute value can be increased by up to 4 times only.
Medallion certificates can be obtained by:
- completing season-related tasks
- defeating enemy crew members
- daily season purchase events
The medallion level can be reset by using 1.000 gold. Note that all the medallion certificates used to level up the medallion will be returned.
Important notes:
- medallions can not be reset after enhancement
- after using a leveled-up medallion as enhancement material, all medallion certificates used to level up the corresponding enhancement material will be returned
- at the end of the season, medallions are reset to Lv. 0 but do not disappear, and the medallion certificates are cleared simultaneously.

Exclusive warfare prototypes are designed to boost renegade abilities; each is eligible to equip one.
These prototypes are available in different qualities such as blue, purple, orange, and gold, each of which can be enhanced to the next level (except for the gold one).
Enhancing prototypes requires core materials and specific parts. Disassembling prototypes yields some core material and parts only; since disassembling can’t be reverted, make a wise decision.
Each prototype can possess one ability and up to two attributes. All qualities guarantee the first attribute; blue and purple ones have a chance for one ability and a second attribute, whereas orange and gold prototypes will definitely get both.
Refining prototypes only boosts existing skills and attributes, without adding any new ones.
The ability of prototypes only benefits the renegade equipping it, while the two attributes benefit all crew members.
Should leaders migrate to a city that hasn’t entered the season conquest, their prototypes will lock, rendering the abilities and attributes non-functional.
How To Obtain Warfare Prototypes?
By buying packs or by buying them in the SVIP Store.
You can have up to three renegades.
- Gold Rush (Season I) = 1st renegade slot (main renegade slot)
- Crude Crisis (Season II) = 2nd renegade slot (support renegade slot)
- Seven Seas (Season III) = 3rd renegade slot (support renegade slot)
Note: how many renegades you can use depends on what season you’re in. If you unlocked all three slots and migrated back to the city still in season 2, you won’t be able to use 3rd slot (only 1st and 2nd slots).

How to unlock 1st renegade slot?
Choose one of the paths (purple, blue, green, or yellow) and level it up to level 5.


How to unlock 2nd renegade slot?
When Season II starts you get two new investments available (Special Resist Amp and General Resist Ampt). Level them up to at least level 1.

General tips that are the same for all renegades
Leveling up your council hall will increase your renegades’ morale and reduce enemy renegades’ damage. Damage reduction is 0.5% per council hall level.
Tips specific for each individual renegae
Lan Quing
- First and second Lan’s skills deal General Damage. You can reduce general damage received by investing in Season Combat – Vehicle General resist investment.
- Heavy Cannonade deals general damage to four random enemy crew member classes. You can reduce damage dealt to you if you use fewer crew member classes.
- Explanation: Let’s say you have a formation with 4 classes, 100 troops of each so 400 troops. Lan will hit you with her vehicles with 50 damage per class, so that’s 200 damage overall on your 400 troops. You can counter it by using only 3 classes, but with 133, 133, and 134 troops so it’s still 400 in this case. Lan and her vehicles will hit you again, all classes with 50 damage per class. This is now 150 damage overall on your 400 troops.
Stark

Randy
