Troops positioning

<- Go Back

Presentation how troops are positioned in a battle.

LayerTroopsExplanation
1TankersFirst and second layer are meant
to protect your offensive troops
so they can deal survive for longer
and deal more damage.
2CarriersThey get defense bonus when
attacking a turf.
3CombatersOffensive bulkers have low defense
so if you plan on using them, you
have to combine it with defensive
bulkers as well, as they server as
their defense. It’s always good
to add some combaters if you have
high bulker attack.
4RidersBikers have a Charge ability, which
allows them to charge through
short-range troops and attack
long-range troops directly.
5AssaultersBikers have a Charge ability, which
allows them to charge through
short-range troops and attack
long-range troops directly.
They get attack bonus during
resource battles.
6GunnersTroops with high hit-rate, but they
can’t bypass layers. They attack layer
by layer. So if opponent has a lot
of tankers, they will keep attacking
tankers.
7SnipersSnipers can bypass layers and get
attack bonus when defending a turf.
They are better for defending a turf,
than they are for attacking it.
8Assault vehiclesThey are good for attacks on turfs.
Lower hit-rate is compensated with
high damage/attack.
They get attack bonus when
attacking a turf.

Defense against renegades

<- Go Back

Did you get tired of getting attacked by a renegade and losing a lot of troops? We can help you a little with that. Here are a few tricks on how to reduce received damage from enemy renegades.

General tips that are the same for all renegades

Leveling up your council hall will increase your renegades’ morale and reduce enemy renegades’ damage. Damage reduction is 0.5% per council hall level.

Tips specific for each individual renegae

Lan Quing

  • Heavy Cannonade deals general damage to four random enemy crew member classes. You can reduce damage dealt to you if you use fewer crew member classes.
    • Explanation: Let’s say you have a formation with 4 classes, 100 troops of each so 400 troops. Lan will hit you with her vehicles with 50 damage per class, so that’s 200 damage overall on your 400 troops. You can counter it by using only 3 classes, but with 133, 133, and 134 troops so it’s still 400 in this case. Lan and her vehicles will hit you again, all classes with 50 damage per class. This is now 150 damage overall on your 400 troops.

Stark

Randy

Jair

  • Jair’s first and second skills deal Special Damage. You can reduce special damage received by investing in Season Combat – Shooter Special resist investment.
  • Supercharged shot deals high special damage to four random enemy crew member classes. You can reduce damage dealt to you if you use fewer crew member classes.
    • Explanation: Let’s say you have a formation with 4 classes, 100 troops of each so 400 troops. Jair will hit with 50 damage per class, so that’s 200 damage overall on your 400 troops. You can counter it by using only 3 classes, but with 133, 133, and 134 troops so it’s still 400. Jair will hit you again, all classes with 50 damage per class. Crude Crisis – Unidad Outpost Tasks

<- Go Back

There are a total of 10 tasks that can be completed daily, and each task rewards the player with a certain number of Renegade Medallions Certificates, Silver Loja Serena cards, Renegade Favor, and Crude Crisis points.

To be able to take tasks, your city must first occupy a Unidad Outpost. This can be done after the protection phase ends and the scramble phase starts.

The tasks of each outpost are updated and reset independently. Task progress is not calculated until accepted, and only one can be accepted at a time.

Remember to submit the task you accepted after it is completed. The accepted tasks can be abandoned, after which the task progress will be reset. You can refresh tasks but it has an 2h cooldown period.

Different Unidad Outposts are for different garrisoned renegades. Completing those tasks will only provide favor to the corresponding renegade. When the favor reaches a certain level, different buffs and rewards will be available (buffs don’t stack).

All favor buffs from the Outpost renegades are valid only when turf is on the Las Mesas map and the city’s lookout tower is connected to the outpost.

Outposts have guards inside that have to be defeated in order to occupy them. Lost crews are sent to the City EMU.

After the occupation, renegades can be dispatched here to access outpost tasks that give renegade favor for helping you develop faster. Different buildings have different scramble phases. The occupation winner is a team that occupies it for 40 minutes first.

Scramble info

Unidad Outposts between the Expedition bases and Lv.1 Security bases will be open to scramble every 72 hours. The scramble phase lasts for 2 hours, and 40 minutes are required to fully occupy it.

Unidad Outposts between Lv. 1 Security bases and Lv.2 Security bases will be open to scramble every 84 hours. The scramble phase lasts for 2 hours, and 40 minutes are required to fully occupy it.

Unidad Outposts between Lv. 2 Security bases and the Central Bank will be open to scramble every 84 hours. The scramble phase lasts for 3 hours, and 60 minutes are required to fully occupy it.

A medallion certificate is an essential item for upgrading a Renegade’s medallion.

Completing Godfather’s Monument Tasks can give you various rewards.

From resources to permanent renegade morale boost.

Gold and what to do with it

Gold is a chemical element with the symbol Au (from Latin aurum ‘gold’) and atomic number 79.

But in this game, gold is what most things revolve around.

You have a lot of gold and don’t know how to spend it?

Few tips on what to do with it.

  • When you do clan collaboration tasks, make sure you only pick tasks that are at least purple (purple|orange|gold).
  • You can make more clan contributions and get more Clan Honor – which can be spent in a Clan Store.
  • Buy roses on a yacht.
  • If the VIP store is open, buy all energy cans and it’s recommended that you buy some bonds as well (it’s cheaper to buy them in the VIP store).
  • During the Mafiapoly event, complete a full lap each day (the first lap costs around 3.000-4.000 Gold). If you have a lot of gold, you can make two laps (note, that second lap is more expensive ~15k Gold per lap)
  • Buy Advanced chips for Lucky Wheel
  • Vigilantes roulette
