Vigilantes roulette is an event, that allows you to spend gold to get vigilante fragments. You can get various rewards, some of which are roulette warrior fragments.
Roulette warrior fragments can be exchanged for:
- Wayne Gwan
- Serj
- Kason Castello
After a certain number of spins, unlock gift boxes. Each box has different rewards.

Note: if your goal is to maximize roulette warrior fragments, then 380 spins is maximum you should go for.
