Latent energy is a resource required to train T11 and higher tier of troops.

A single T11 troop requires 1 can of latent energy while a single T12 troop requires 2 cans of latent energy and 3 cans for T13 troop.

Latent energy can be bought in the VIP store under “VIP Content / Elegant Resources” section for 6 gold per can, in the SVIP store (level 3+) at price 1 SVIP point per can, and in the Family Store (150 family points per can). It can of course also be bought using real money (Mafia City really loves that). You can also buy latent energy cans with honor points in the season event
