Crude Crisis Mastery

<- Go Back
A quick audio explanation if you don’t want to read it.

Guide on how to unlock mastery in Season 2 – Crude Crisis.

Season mastery can be unlocked in the Crude Crisis event in 3 different categories (Combats, Exploration, and Developments).

Spoiler alert: when one season mastery becomes too expensive (requires too much oil, go to another branch – eg. when mastery in combats gets too costly, start leveling up masters in the exploration category).

To unlock Season Mastery in Combats, you have to level up all skills on the right side to level 5 (shown in the screenshot above).

To unlock Season Mastery in Exploration, you have to level up all skills on the left side to level 5 (shown in the screenshot above).

To unlock Season Mastery in Developments you have to level up certain skills to level 5 (shown in the screenshot above).

Season 2 mastery skills

When in season 2, you can still level up your skills from season 1. You just have to select Season 1 Mastery (Council Hall building).

However, there is a difference between leveling the season 1 skill or the season 2 skill. Increments are for each category different than in season 1.

SeasonBattleGrowthSupport
S1 – Gold rush+1.0%+5.0%+10.0%
S2 – Crude Crisis+0.8%+4.0%+8.0%

Note: if you plan on migrating back to season 1, keep in mind you won’t be able to use season 2 skills. In this case, it might be better to invest in season 1 skills only.

Crude Crisis – Unidad Outpost Tasks

<- Go Back

There are a total of 10 tasks that can be completed daily, and each task rewards the player with a certain number of Renegade Medallions Certificates, Silver Loja Serena cards, Renegade Favor, and Crude Crisis points.

To be able to take tasks, your city must first occupy a Unidad Outpost. This can be done after the protection phase ends and the scramble phase starts.

The tasks of each outpost are updated and reset independently. Task progress is not calculated until accepted, and only one can be accepted at a time.

Remember to submit the task you accepted after it is completed. The accepted tasks can be abandoned, after which the task progress will be reset. You can refresh tasks but it has an 2h cooldown period.

Different Unidad Outposts are for different garrisoned renegades. Completing those tasks will only provide favor to the corresponding renegade. When the favor reaches a certain level, different buffs and rewards will be available (buffs don’t stack).

All favor buffs from the Outpost renegades are valid only when turf is on the Las Mesas map and the city’s lookout tower is connected to the outpost.

Outposts have guards inside that have to be defeated in order to occupy them. Lost crews are sent to the City EMU.

After the occupation, renegades can be dispatched here to access outpost tasks that give renegade favor for helping you develop faster. Different buildings have different scramble phases. The occupation winner is a team that occupies it for 40 minutes first.
