In this event, three cities with similar power levels are grouped together and all leaders in a city will be ranked together.
The event has four stages
- Warm-up stage – lasts 1 day
- Arms Race stage (previously called Preparation stage) – lasts 5 days
- Expedition stage (previously called Battle stage) – lasts 1 day
- Exhibition stage (previously called Showcase stage) – lasts 1 day
Arms Race Stage
The preparation stage has 5 themes. You have to obtain event points for completing theme objectives and earn point rewards for completing all of the themes.
Available themes (5 of these are picked in an event):
- Construction plan
- Investment plan
- Training plan (training troops)
- Resource gathering plan
- Force elimination war
- Powerup plan
Respite Period
During the respite period, city hall enters a protected state. The length of the respite period depends on how many emblems are collected by the city during the preparation stage. Cities ranked 1, 2 and 3 have respite periods lasting 8, 7 and 6 hours, respectively.
Only the mayor or secretary can set the city’s respite period.
All points earned are counted toward personal and city rankings. Rewards are calculated for the personal stage rankings each day. Rewards are sent out for personal and city rankings at the end of the event.
Expedition Stage
The aim of the Expedition Stage is to fight for control of the City Halls. Leaders from the same City will not be able or battle each other in the city halls or its forts. However, they can temporarily move to other cities within the group to fight (limited to their turfs, the city hall and forts). Plenty of points and grandeur emblems can be attained through the battle for 3 cities’ city hall.
Battle duration
- The respite period is set by Mayor or General Secretary during which the city hall cannot be attacked.
- When leaders of the same city occupy city hall for 3 hours in total, the city is considered a victor. If no city has occupied the city hall for 3 hours in total the city that has occupied the city hall the longest will be considered the victor.
Combat rules
- Leaders are not able to activate their truce in the gray area.
- Leaders get kill points for battles that occur in the gray area. During these battles, 80% of the crew is resuscitated.
- Leaders do not get any kill points in battles that occur outside the gray area.
- All related battles on the day will return 80% of the lost crews, with no restriction on the battle area.
- Crews that are lost in battles that occur outside the city map or the gray area do not enter Sanatorium.
- You can freely invade and kill enemies in another city with the Entry Item of the [Megacities War].
