Helicopter Innovation Agency allows you to do per-helicopter upgrades or general upgrades. Per-helicopter upgrades affect individual helicopters. All innovations requires general resources and Helo Ingenuity Chips – these chips can be received by defeating skeletons (limit: 400 chips per day) or by buying packs (limit: your budget).
Individual Upgrades (per helicopter)
You can increase helicopter’s:
- attack
- defense
- health
- speed
- level limit (max: 10)
- stamina recovery boost (max: 10%)
- stamina limit (max: 20)
- +1 gear slot
- dealt damage
- received damage
- fifth gear slot stats ratio
- enemy damage debuff (when certain helicopter leads enemy ops)
General Revamp
These upgrades affect all helicopters.

Some upgrades also increase stats of your crew:

- Reduction of Helo Received Damage (from countered helo)
- Helo stamina recovery speed boost (max: 10%)
- Boosts helo stamina limit (max: 20)
- Boosts helo level limit (max: 10)
- Lowers enemy crew damage (max: 10%)
- Your crew attack boost (max: 10%)
Warfare Alert

- Lowers enemy crew attack
- Lowers enemy crew defense
- Boosts crew HP (in helo leading ops)
- Lowers crew received damage (in helo leading ops)
- Extra Helo Armor (10k + 0.2% of OPS HP at the start of the battle)
- Damage reduction effect
- Bonus warfare support’s armor bonus ratio
- Boosts warfare alert’s damage reduction (11% for 1 round) (max: 20% for 5 rounds)
